We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of creative strategies for our marketing campaigns, ensuring that they resonate with football fans and drive app downloads.
Lead the development of creative strategies and concepts for marketing campaigns across mobile and web platforms;
Develop and execute all creative aspects of our paid marketing campaigns, focusing on user acquisition and engagement;
Craft compelling CTAs that communicate the value of our app, driving clicks and conversions;
Plan and oversee A/B testing for creative elements such as images, videos, headlines, and CTAs to optimize performance;
Conduct ongoing market research in football, mobile apps, and digital advertising to keep our creatives relevant and fresh;
Collaborate closely with the design team (Motion Designer, Digital Designer) to deliver top-tier creatives that stand out in the market;
Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align creative output with business objectives and user insights;
Manage the performance of creative campaigns, providing recommendations for future strategies based on data insights;
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions for campaign optimization.
At least 3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within digital marketing or app-based businesses;
Proven experience in developing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong portfolio of visual creatives, ad copy, and CTAs;
Experience in sports tech is a big plus. Passion for football is essential;
Expertise in analytics tools for measuring creative performance and using insights to improve future campaigns;
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage creative teams and processes independently;
B2-level English proficiency or higher.
Nice to have:
Experience with UGC (user-generated content) in advertising;
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads and their requirements for creatives.
