+ Independently search for and identify peculiar insights in data, build and test hypotheses to improve sales metrics
+ Investigate changes in metrics and identify the reasons behind
+ Enrich data, formulate hypotheses, test
+ Model the effect of hypotheses on sales (correlations, retention, average check, conversion, revenue) – evaluate scale and potential uplift
+ Collect and process data, build dashboards, maintain tools and methods for collecting, processing, storing, and analyzing data, write reports with data visualizations, etc
+ Ability to work with the Facebook API; experience with Zapier and TikTok API is a plus
+ At least 2 years of experience as an analyst
+ Experience conducting marketing experiments and analyzing results
+ Knowledge of SQL, Python, BigQuery
+ Knowledge and ability to use Google Analytics
+ Knowledge of statistical analysis methods for conducting and analyzing A/B tests
+ Understanding of unit economics (CPC, CPA, CPO, CAC, ARPU, ARPPU, etc.)
+ Understanding the principles of performance marketing tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads (a plus)
+ Familiarity with any BI systems: Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Klipfolio, DataBox
+ Experience with e-commerce analysis is desirable
+ Understanding of various attribution models is a plus
+ A degree in mathematics or technical fields is a plus
