RioRise is a large-scale online-game with an open world, inspired by the spirit of GTA V Online. The project offers players an expansive world filled with realistic cities, towns, and villages, where they can freely explore environments and interact with thousands of other players in real-time. In RioRise, players can assume roles such as a police officer, gangster, entrepreneur, doctor, soldier, or even a member of a mafia organization, crafting their own unique narrative.

Players can build careers and families, join gangs, and fight for territories, organizing shootouts with rival factions and enhancing their status in the virtual society.

RioRise is an ambitious project aimed at creating one of the most vibrant and immersive open worlds on the mobile platform. We are inviting professionals to join our team to improve and develop this world together!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  1. Creating a Comfortable Gaming Environment

    • Player Moderation: Enforce rules and prevent undesirable behavior within the game.

    • Player Assistance: Promptly address questions and issues arising during gameplay.

    • Rules Creation and Updating: Develop and update game and community rules to maintain a healthy atmosphere.

    • In-Game Structure Organization: Establish and support in-game institutions:
      Police
      Hospital
      Army
      Bandits

    • Weekly In-Game Events: Organize activities, tournaments, and competitions to increase player interest and engagement. Arrange events related to holidays or current themes.

  2. Creating a Comfortable Community Environment Outside the Game:

    • Discord Channel Management: Support and moderate the official channel.

    • Social Media Moderation: Ensure a positive atmosphere and support players.

    • Quick Response to Criticism: Provide rapid responses and clarifications on complaints and issues.

  3. Building an Engaged and Loyal Community:

    • Loyalty Program: Reward active participants.

    • Test Team: Engage experienced players for testing updates and features.

    • Engaging Content: Conduct polls, quizzes, and contests to maintain community interest.

    • Community Leader Support: Identify and train active players for moderation and assisting other members.

  4. Gathering and Analyzing Feedback:

    • Feedback Monitoring: Analyze reviews on social media and Discord to identify player needs.

    • Regular Surveys: Gather information on player preferences and issues through questionnaires.

    • Community Sentiment Reports: Provide regular trend overviews among players for the development and marketing teams.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience with Gaming Communities: At least 2–3 years in a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the mobile or online gaming industry.

  • Portuguese Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese at a C1 level or higher to ensure effective interaction with the Brazilian audience. English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is an advantage for collaborating with the international team.

  • Community Moderation and Management Skills: Experience in moderating gaming communities both within the game and on external platforms (Discord, social networks), with the ability to maintain a positive atmosphere and promptly address conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with players, resolve conflicts, explain rules, and regulate interactions between players.

  • Copywriting and Text Handling Skills: Ability to articulate responses to user inquiries clearly and concisely, prepare announcements, news, and other community messages.

  • Experience with Social Media and Communication Platforms: Knowledge of trends and features of popular social platforms (Discord, Facebook, Telegram, Instagram) with the ability to adapt communication for different channels.

  • Player-Oriented Approach: Ability to gather and analyze player feedback, identify their needs and suggestions, and convey key insights to the development team.

  • Planning and Organizational Skills: Skills in planning and conducting regular in-game and external events, organizing contests, tournaments, and activities to increase community loyalty.

  • Proactivity and Stress Tolerance: Ability to respond promptly to criticism, handle negative feedback, and maintain a positive image of the game even in stressful situations.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze community mood and engagement, provide regular reports on player sentiment and trends, and adapt strategies based on collected data.
