Product UX Researcher Full-time

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Perform surveys, interviews, and focus groups for obtaining actionable insights about the consumer’s needs and product usage experience;

  • Perform consumer research and competitive analyses to develop in-depth knowledge of buyer personas, key category trends, and competitive landscape;

  • Working with research tools as the key to finding ideas and hypotheses.

  • Knowing user’s research: CES, CSAT, NPS, SUS, UMUX;

  • Knowledge quantitative and qualitative research;

  • Working with CJM;

  • Usability testing.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience in the position of Product Marketing Manager, UX Researcher from 2 years;

  • Experience with web, mobile;

  • Multifunctional work with different stakeholders;

  • Experience with marketing research:

  • NPS;

  • CES & CSAT;

  • CSI.

  • Product & Competitors research;

  • Custdev full cycle;

  • Experience in depth interviews;

  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research;

  • Knowledge how to create person portraits.
