Proven experience in a relevant role up to 5 years;
Knowledge of in-house products for gamification and automation systems for recruiting and HR;
Experience working directly with clients and internal teams;
Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
Professional, confident, and diplomatic when liaising with others;
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Passionate, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual;
Fluency in English.
