For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Conduct market research to evaluate gaps and opportunities;

  • Create and execute strategic plans;

  • Develop new sales opportunities and keep the pipeline full;

  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with new and current clients;

  • Organise and attend sales meetings;

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations;

  • Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions;

  • Participate in regular planning, strategy, and training meetings;

  • Sales reporting and reviewing performance;

  • Ensure that sales targets are met.

  • Proven experience in a relevant role up to 5 years;

  • Knowledge of in-house products for gamification and automation systems for recruiting and HR;

  • Experience working directly with clients and internal teams;

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues;

  • Professional, confident, and diplomatic when liaising with others;

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual;

  • Fluency in English.
