UI/UX Designer (Mobile Gaming) Full-time

We’re seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with expertise in mobile gaming to craft engaging, player-centered interfaces that enhance gameplay. The ideal candidate has a solid background in gaming UI/UX, with a keen understanding of mobile interaction patterns, game aesthetics, and user behavior.

  • The name of the project(s): hypercasual, multiplayer games
  • Platforms: Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Interface Design: Create an intuitive, visually appealing UI that aligns with game aesthetics and improves the player experience.

  • User Research & Testing: Conduct playtests to gather insights on player behavior and iterate on designs based on findings.

  • Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas clearly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, game designers, and product managers to integrate UI with game functionality.

  • Optimization: Use analytics and feedback to refine and optimize UI for player satisfaction and retention.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX design, specifically within the mobile gaming industry.

  • Portfolio: Demonstrable mobile game UI/UX design work, including prototypes and final products.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

  • Game-Centered Design: Solid grasp of user-centered design, usability, and mobile interaction in gaming, with familiarity in monetization and retention strategies.

  • Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design, Unity, or Unreal Engine for UI implementation is advantageous.

  • Independence: Ability to self-manage and solve problems with minimal supervision.

  • Presentation: Prepared to showcase a portfolio of work (excluding projects under NDA).

What are the conditions and bonuses?

Work according to European time zone, 8-hour workday, 1-hour lunch break.

It’s possible to get 21 days, but usually they offer 15 (to be confirmed with HR at the offer stage).
Sick days as per labor regulations.
All official holidays of the country – a list should be sent to HR, and these holidays will be approved as days off.
