Strong practical experience with technical animation
Ability to set up and animate mechanical meshes and characters
Work with blendshapes and facial animation
Firm understanding of animation principles, techniques, and pipelines
Experience with Unreal Engine 4 & 5
Highly proficient in Maya, Blender, 3ds Max
Good knowledge of 3D-related math
Strong understanding of 3D rigging

Lyra experience (good experience with Unreal animation systems, especially Animation Blueprint Layers, Animation Multi-threading, UE5-specific improvements)
