IGaming product is looking for a talented CRM manager / Email marketing specialist / Retention manager to join the team.
Main Responsibilities:
Working in Retention Team;
Assist in implementing the overall brand strategy in various GEOs;
Analyzing the market and competitors;
Develop, launch and oversee automated and manual email, push, sms campaigns to improve customer retention and increase engagement;
Monitor their quality, analyze their effectiveness, prepare reports on them;
Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to ensure relevance and targeting of messages to different customer segments;
Generate new ideas, develop and implement activities / initiatives to maximize positive impact on key business metrics;
Research customer base, conduct analysis of existing trends, drivers, barriers and patterns of customer behavior;
Conduct A/B testing of business hypotheses through the launch of new campaigns.
Experience in the gambling/betting niche in a similar position for 1 year or more;
Experience with Email newsletters;
Experience in working and setting up additional communication channels with existing customer bases;
Experience with Customer.io CRM system;
Experience with user segmentation;
Understanding of basic mailing formats: promotional campaigns, trigger campaigns, chains;
Basic understanding of how logical operators work;
Basic knowledge of HTML;
English - A2 level;
Knowledge of general internet marketing trends;
High attention to details;
Responsibility and self-organization skills;
Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level
