It’s important to us:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience leading teams of at least three people. A proven track record in hiring and developing high-performing teams is a plus.
At least 3 years’ experience in ASO, with added SEO knowledge being advantageous.
Hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across mobile and desktop platforms.
Proficient in A/B testing, data analysis, and applicable statistical methods, with a curiosity for uncovering insights that drive meaningful change.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to tackling complex problems.
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level required, Advanced proficiency a strong plus).
