The primary goal of a Senior Product Owner is to maximize the business value of our gaming products, ensure their market fit, and drive long-term revenue growth bridging the gap between business goals and game development teams, ensuring that game features align with company objectives and resonate with the target audience.
This role includes overseeing multiple products, while prioritizing tasks based on business value, and making strategic decisions to enhance player engagement and monetization.

Ability to analyze player feedback and behavior to drive product improvements.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed product decisions.
Familiarity with analytics tools and methods used to measure product performance (e.g., user retention, ARPU, LTV).
Strong grasp of casual game design principles, mechanics, and user engagement strategies.
Expertise in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or Kanban, to manage product development cycles.
Understanding of user experience (UX) and player psychology to shape products that resonate with the target audience.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision, priorities, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and team-members.
