We are looking for a Monetization Manager who can actively influence key metrics and create personalized offers for our users.
Monitoring and continuous improvement of key metrics
Generating, prioritizing, and testing hypotheses
Planning and organizing the event calendar, including sales and A/B tests
Preparing balances and adjusting them in the system
Setting technical tasks to develop new and improve existing mechanics
Optimizing the system for launching special offers and A/B tests: identifying bottlenecks, setting technical tasks, checking implementation
Collaborating with analytics, game design, development, QA, UX/UI, 2D, and other teams
Optimizing the offer management system
Keeping documentation up to date
GameDev experience of at least 1 year in positions such as Monetization Manager, LiveOps Manager, Game Designer, Analyst, or related
Good understanding of monetization metrics
Proficiency with Google Sheets, experience with Looker, JIRA, or similar tools
Proven experience in conducting A/B tests
A proactive approach to work, a high sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills
