We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Artist to join our marketing team and help maintain an efficient, up-to-date production pipeline for mobile game ads.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Optimize the production pipeline and technical workflows for mobile game ads

  • Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and plugins to enhance production efficiency

  • Tackle complex technical challenges and propose strategic solutions to improve 3D production performance

  • Oversee the import/export of graphics across software platforms (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine)

  • Develop and implement project templates featuring new mechanics and video tutorials for the team

  • Set up new mechanics, visual effects, and lighting to elevate ad quality

  • Optimize existing asset collections and refine assembly guidelines

  • Provide designers with hands-on support for performance and asset validation

  • Establish standards and methods for game asset optimization

  • Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and developers

  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3+ years in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine

  • Strong understanding of artistic and animation workflows in 3D video production

  • Experience streamlining workflows using plugins, auxiliary programs, and scripts

  • Familiarity with LOD (Level of Detail) techniques, texture normalization, and geometry simplification

  • Skilled in shading technologies, VFX tools, and rigging

  • Capable of working with large-scale rigid body simulations (thousands of objects)

  • Knowledge of the advertising video production process for mobile games

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • A portfolio showcasing completed work projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Unity and Adobe After Effects

  • Knowledge of neural networks for automating and optimizing creative production

  • Familiarity with Playable Ads
