Dive deep into product metrics, uncovering valuable insights that drive product improvement.
Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities within the product through thorough analysis.
Formulate and test hypotheses based on data analysis, providing data-driven recommendations.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, from hypothesis generation to result evaluation.
Craft clear and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate actively with the development team to understand product intricacies and upcoming changes.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in game analytics.
Proficiency in SQL at an advanced level (we use Snowflake and Bigquery).
Strong knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics.
Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.).
Experience in conducting A/B tests to optimize product performance.
Familiarity with attribution systems (such as Appsflyer or Adjust).
Proficiency in BI tools (we use Tableau) to visualize and present data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to discuss complex issues and present work results to the team.
