We are looking for a Business Development Manager.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities;
Sales & Deal Closure: Negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets;
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners;
Partnership Development: Build and manage partnerships with game providers, operators, and platform vendors;
Market Expansion: Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand product reach;
Reporting & Strategy: Provide sales performance reports and contribute to business strategy;
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to meet client needs;
Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences;
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiation and execution;
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and additional revenue streams.
3-5+ years of experience in business development;
Familiarity with regulatory environments and jurisdictions in major markets like Europe, Asia, or North America;
Knowledge of key industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.
Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets;
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, particularly in structuring partnerships and contracts;
CRM system proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and reporting;
Ability to develop sales strategies for different markets and product lines.
Ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, driving repeat business and fostering partnerships;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for managing client meetings and presentations.
Ability to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and partnerships;
