Design and balance meta-game systems and in-game economy from scratch, including battle pass, daily quests, missions, loyalty programs, marathons, and hero progression.
Work on traditional shooter game modes like Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Team vs. Team, and related mechanics.
Collaborate closely with developers to integrate game design solutions into gameplay.
Analyze industry best practices in meta-gameplay and economy, and apply them effectively.
Conduct playtests and analyze feedback to enhance game mechanics.

3+ years of experience as a game designer at a middle or senior level.
Experience in creating and balancing meta-gameplay and in-game economy for shooters.
Proven track record of designing and balancing progression and reward systems.
Deep understanding of meta-game mechanics and principles of game economy design.
Knowledge of traditional and current FPS game modes.
Strong teamwork, communication, and proactivity skills.
