We're on the hunt for a skilled Middle/Senior BI Analyst to strengthen our team.
Data Collection & Management: Collaborate with data engineers to extract, clean, and transform gaming data from various sources for analysis and visualization.
Dashboard Development: Design interactive Tableau dashboards to track key metrics like player engagement, retention, monetization, and game performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights on player behavior, in-game economy, and A/B tests, delivering ad-hoc reports for various game teams.
Collaboration with Game Teams: Work with designers and marketing to optimize game features, balance, and player retention strategies based on data insights.
Performance & Security: Ensure dashboard optimization, data accuracy, and security compliance while implementing real-time monitoring for anomalies and performance issues.
2+ years of experience in analytics.
Strong Tableau Expertise: Proven experience in building complex, interactive dashboards with Tableau, including real-time data integration and performance optimization.
Data Management & SQL Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation from large datasets, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
Bachelor’s/Master degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline).
Gaming / Mobile Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of key gaming metrics (user behavior, monetization, retention) and experience working with game-related data sources and analytics.
Will be a plus:
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redshift, and RDS.
Experience in product analytics within the gaming industry (Word, Board, Puzzle games).
Hands-on experience with projects in genres like Match-3, puzzles, casual, and midcore games.
Expertise in marketing and monetization analytics.
Skilled in calculating LTV and performing forecasting analysis.
