- Experience: 3+ years in a sales or account management role, preferably in the design or development industry.
- Market Expertise: Proven experience working with clients in the US market is essential.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design, branding, and development processes and the ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- CRM Expertise: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, supporting cross-functional teams to achieve success.
Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Inbound: Qualify and manage leads generated through inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing efforts. Ensure timely follow-ups with the goal of converting qualified leads into clients.
- Outbound Sales: Generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, inbound inquiries, and marketing efforts.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Consultative Selling: Use your knowledge of UI/UX design, branding, and development to identify client needs and provide customized solutions/proposals.
- Account Growth: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Research: Understand the competitive landscape and trends in the US market, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Pipeline: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all data is recorded in CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project management, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, key metrics, and market insights.
