We're seeking a proactive and organized Team Assistant to support our talented group of professionals at Hungry Minds. This role focuses on project management, team coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project outcomes for our unique book and non-book projects.
Project Management & Team Support (70%)
Assist in managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables for our innovative projects(including leading sprint planning and review meeting, with task breakdown)
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for creative and strategic sessions
Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met across our diverse project portfolio
Support the team with document management and file organization for our various educational and entertainment products
Help prepare presentations, reports, and other materials needed for product launches and marketing campaigns
Assist in planning and executing team-building events and internal initiatives that foster our creative culture
Administrative Support (30%)
Manage team calendars and schedule coordination, balancing the needs of our creative and business teams
Being part of the group organizing team events across the globe
Liaise with external vendors, artists, and service providers crucial to our product development
Assist with general team management tasks to maintain a productive work environment
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a publishing or creative industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 preferable)
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Notion, Miro etc)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment
Interest in education, entertainment, and innovative publishing concepts
Adaptability and flexibility to work with diverse teams and project types
