• Managing social media channels and online platforms (Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, etc.).

• Collaborating with influencers and content creators to drive engagement.

• Organizing and moderating community events and activities.

• Handling user feedback and managing community expectations.

• Creating reports on community metrics and proposing improvements based on feedback.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Fluent or native English is a must.

• Additional languages are a big plus.

• 3+ years of experience as a community manager.

• Proven track record in managing gaming communities.

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and community tools (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X).

• Ability to present a confirmed portfolio of relevant work and demonstrate core community management skills.
