Volmi - A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 8 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Since 2022, we have been a part of Virtuos, the world's leading game developer, and have become the first Virtuos studio in Eastern Europe.

Collaborate with Level Designers to understand and translate level designs into visually stunning environments;
Work closely with the Art Lead and other artists to maintain a consistent style across all game environments;
Create high-quality textures, models, and lighting for game levels, ensuring they meet technical and aesthetic standards;
Optimize environmental assets for performance without sacrificing visual fidelity;
Utilize various tools and software such as Photoshop, Maya, or Blender to craft artistic elements;
Implement and adjust shaders and effects to enhance the atmosphere and visual impact of levels;
Participate in regular reviews and iterate on feedback to refine and polish environmental art;
Assist in troubleshooting art-related issues in game levels, including layout adjustments and asset integration.
Proven experience as a Level Artist or similar role in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your environmental art;
Strong experience of working with Unity;
Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting within industry-standard software like Maya, Blender, or similar;
Strong understanding of art principles and a keen eye for detail, color, and lighting;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team;
Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating immersive, visually appealing game environments;
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or a related field is preferred.
Will be a plus:
A passion for fantasy games and familiarity with the DnD or WH universe, which can be leveraged to create levels that resonate with fans and enhance the narrative depth;
Experience with scripting or programming, which can be beneficial in implementing complex gameplay features within levels.
