Role Overview:
Mindateq seeks a User Acquisition Specialist to drive app growth and expand the company's user base through strategic marketing efforts. The role involves creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) while analyzing key metrics to boost user acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage user acquisition campaigns across social media and other platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as installs, cost-per-acquisition, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to develop creative assets and optimize user onboarding flows.
- Conduct A/B testing and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, preferably in the tech industry.
- Expertise in performance marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with design teams.
