Junkineering is currently looking for an experienced Lead Game Designer to join our dynamic team.
As a Lead Designer, you will help create new, exciting game content. You will also maintain the daily flow of information from all departments and ensure the high quality of the designers’ work. You will work with producers, designers, and all other departments to ensure that the game’s vision is fully realized.

🔸Design of game systems, events development design and improvement of game mechanics;
🔸Managing a team members;
🔸Determine the overall direction of the mobile game together with producers and other stakeholders;
🔸Preparation of technical specifications for developers, artists, animators;
🔸Interaction with the team on all stages of game development;
🔸Maintaining project documentation;
🔸Analysis of competitive projects and market trends;
🔸Track detailed bugs, issues, features, and maintain open lines of communication with the project manager, engineers, production;
🔸Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders, including regular attendance and participation in meetings;
🔸Relay the global vision of the game;
🔸Report regularly to stakeholders;
🔸Consult with the supervisor on strategic issues.
✔️4+ years as a Game Designer in the mobile game industry with increasing responsibility;
✔️Deep understanding of game design principles;
✔️Еxperience managing a team, being a leader who can structure and plan independently;
✔️Strong knowledge of free-to-play design, strategy and mechanics;
✔️ RPG games experience;
✔️Knowledge and understanding of the main KPIs of game projects;
✔️Demonstrate success in the games-as-service category;
✔️Experience across all aspects of the product life cycle from concept to game release;
✔️English at least level B2;
✔️Strong analytical skills as well as experience working with various analytical tools.
