- 3+ years of experience in Arcade Idle, Idle, Tycoon, RPG, ARPG, 4x Strategy, Farming, Tower Defense, Hybrid-casual
- Strong experience on game mechanics, balance, and player progression
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and school math skills
- Knowledge of design principles and player psychology
- English
Nice to have 🙂
- Basic skills in Unity Editor
- Understanding of statistics and analytics

Future Responsibilities
- Design and develop Arcade Idle games (possibly incorporating ARPG elements)
- Create and balance game systems (progression, rewards, monetization)
- Collaborate with the team to implement and refine game mechanics
- Define content for core and meta game aspects
- Prototype and iterate based on feedback and data
- Playtest and ensure features are fun, understandable, and enjoyable for players
