BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst Full-time

Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. Our dedicated software development department focuses on our internal products, allowing everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are plenty of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

A Business Analyst in the BI (Business Intelligence) key responsibilities include:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate it into actionable BI requirements.
  • Work closely with data engineers, BI developers, and IT teams to ensure data systems and infrastructures support business goals.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure BI solutions meet business needs.
  • Document business processes, data flows, and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Validate data accuracy and the functionality of BI solutions through testing.
  • Ensure that BI tools provide accurate, real-time data.
  • Act as a point of contact for any issues or questions related to BI solutions.
  • Support and enhance existing BI systems and processes for greater efficiency and impact.

We are looking for a person with:

  • Proven experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics.
  • Proficient in integrating analytics systems, data enrichment, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Skilled in data visualization, especially using Tableau.
  • Knowledge of advertising (Google Ads / Bing), web (Google Analytics) and app (AppsFlyer) analytics platforms
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in software development is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of responsibility towards project outcomes.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, self-driven, and adept at working both independently and within team settings.
