Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Art Director for the world's first conversational AI tutor for children. This gamification mobile app lets children practice spoken English by conversing with a virtual AI-powered cartoon character. With its engaging virtual character, speech technology, and adaptive learning, this product is making speaking practice affordable for 500 million children around the globe. It is the second largest kid’s language app globally, which is featured in 50+ countries on the App Store and Google Play every week.
As a new Art Director you will assemble a team and organize the work to create a style that is suitable for children in the broad age range of 4 to 12 years old. Find and refine a unique art style for the game world, bringing it to the level of the top mobile games for kids, making it distinctive and worthy of becoming a strong IP and a part of global pop culture by 2026.

Art leadership experience in mobile or console games: Understanding of both art and technical aspects of the craft. Hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and perfecting live and successful mobile or console games/mobile apps with thousands of players.
Experience with Children: Designed games for children under 12 professionally, or at least has own children 3-10 years old.
Creative/innovative: Has the ability and finds joy in creating new innovative designs rather than copying and reskining existing ones. Ideally, the candidate prefers to innovate rather than copy.
