Our marketing analytics and automation team is responsible for a system that collects and stores purchasing and ASO data. It also predicts LTV alongside developing methods for accurate traffic estimation.
We strive to create user-friendly tools that analyze traffic to automatically make decisions about purchases at certain stages. Our purchasing is partially automated, and we continue developing it in this direction.

Leading the analytics and automation team, developing the team and the processes within it
Participating in the strategic planning of marketing activities, curating a long-term roadmap for marketing analytics, forming and achieving annual goals
Developing LTV prediction models
Implementing and integrating new traffic estimation methods and tools
Setting and testing hypotheses, identifying patterns in user acquisition, and seeking opportunities to increase purchases
Developing tools for automating traffic purchases and marketing business processes
Proven experience in marketing analytics, including experience in a Lead or Head position
Understanding of how digital marketing channels work and the differences between them
In-depth knowledge of metrics and how they are measured in UA, ASO, and creative work
Understanding of marketing data flows, as well as the limitations and possibilities regarding privacy
Proficiency with the standard analytics stack (mathematical statistics, SQL, Python, frameworks)
The ability to clearly present the results of your work, relay them in understandable terms to both the team and the CEO, as well as justify and defend your point of view
We expect you to work independently and take responsibility for your results
