For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat.

  • Assist players with in-game issues, account problems, and technical difficulties.

  • Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.

  • Manage and update FAQs and support documentation.

  • Maintain a positive and engaging relationship with the gaming community

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Passion for gaming and understanding of game mechanics.

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming industry.

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
