We are looking for a talented M&A Manager to join our team!
Market analysis and opportunity monitoring
Gather and analyze information on current market trends and opportunities for mergers and acquisitions
Monitor the competitive environment and identify potential acquisition targets
Financial analysis and valuation of companies
Conduct financial analysis of potential merger or acquisition targets
Assess financial performance and growth prospects of companies
Calculate and analyze company values, including forecasting financial results
Development of M&A strategy
Develop and refine mergers and acquisitions strategies in line with the company's long-term goals
Assess the risks and benefits of potential transactions
Conducting due diligence
Coordinate the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and operational aspects of target companies
Interact with external consultants (lawyers, auditors, etc.) to conduct due diligence
Negotiations and deal-making
Negotiate with target companies and their consultants
Develop and discuss transaction term
Prepare and sign contracts and agreements
Integration of companies
Plan and coordinate the integration process of acquired companies
Collaborate with various departments within the company to successfully align processes, systems, and cultures
Interaction with management
Regularly inform management about the current status of projects and results achieved
Prepare reports and presentations for the board of directors and other stakeholder
Project management
Coordinate and manage project teams involved in the M&A process
Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
Legal and regulatory support
Ensure that all processes and transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Liaise with the legal department and consultants to resolve legal issues
Team training and development
Organize training for employees involved in the M&A process
Support the professional development and growth of the team
Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or corporate finance, preferably in the mobile industry, but not required
Ability to evaluate and analyze the financial and operational performance of companies, and carry out financial models and forecasts
Negotiation and deal-making skills, with experience in structuring and concluding complex agreements
Understanding of M&A within the company's strategy, and the ability to integrate new assets and manage post-transaction processes
Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a high degree of self-discipline and responsibility
Experience in project management and interacting with internal and external consultants
Ability to express thoughts clearly, competently, and succinctly both orally and in writing
B2+ level English proficiency
Experience in the gaming industry in roles such as BD, Platform Relations Manager, UA Manager, PM, related to project management and/or communication with partners
Knowledge of basic marketing and behavioral metrics for mobile F2P games and apps (CPI/IPM/CTR/Retention/ARPU, etc.)
Experience with services like Sensor Tower, Data.ai
Experience with attribution services (MMP), such as AppsFlyer, Adjust
Proficiency in Chinese
