Marketing Specialist, ASO Full-time

Speedway Games is an independent studio developing cross-platform games on the Roblox platform. We have over 2.25 billion visits to our games and more than 26 million monthly players. Our flagship game is Vehicle Legends, a top racing game on the platform for the last 4+ years which features officially licensed cars from car manufacturers.

As marketing specialist, your goal is to manage/drive the creation of compelling marketing materials to market content to the right consumers. The majority of your work will revolve around creation of marketing materials for games, which will include images and videos, specifically for driving games. This is a great opportunity to get hands on with licensed I.Ps from some of the worlds top auto manufacturers.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Development and implementation of ASO strategies to enhance the visibility of our Roblox games

  • Compiling technical specifications and assigning tasks for the development of icons, thumbnails, ads, and other marketing materials to designers

  • Reviewing marketing materials from designers and maximizing their effectiveness(e.g good balance of color, brightness, clarity, etc.)

  • Increasing conversions while balancing impacts to retention and other metrics

  • Creating concepts for assets (description, icon, screenshots, videos) for game pages

  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors

  • Enhancing app descriptions/keywords in game descriptions to boost our games in the algorithm

  • A/B testing game marketing materials

  • Other marketing tasks as required

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 2+ years experience in ASO

  • Understanding basic ASO strategy to achieve goals and analyze effectiveness

  • Experience working on a driving/racing game and/or a great knowledge of cars

  • Experience in conducting A/B tests of graphic materials based on the formulated hypotheses and evaluating their results

  • Understanding search traffic and its impact on organic metrics

  • Good understanding of what makes an app icon and page stand out from others

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

A plus:

  • Experience with the Roblox platform

  • Art education and/or knowledge of rendering/designing marketing materials

  • Ready to learn new analytical services and the quirks of the Roblox ecosystem
