We're currently searching for an Art Director to become the key architect of our Clockmaker project, curating the game's visual style and ensuring high quality across all of its graphical elements. You'll be managing talented teams of artists and UI/UX designers, optimizing workflows, and fostering effective communication between all functions.

Developing and supporting the game's visual style and ensuring the quality of its graphics
Managing teams of artists and UX/UI designers, optimizing processes and communication between functions, and fostering team members' professional development
Participating in the project's development alongside the Producer and other product teams
Experience in a similar role
A deep understanding of the processes behind creating game graphics
Solid knowledge and experience working with 2D/3D and UI/UX
Experience implementing and using AI in pipelines for developing graphics
Management skills, including the ability to effectively manage several teams and foster cooperation between them
