For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Infrastructure Management:

• Implement, maintain, and optimize IT Backoffice infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux servers, firewalls, business apps, email systems, google workspace).

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, VPN, GitLab, Linux Ubuntu servers, Hetzner network and servers, centralized asset management (licenses and subscriptions), VMware, nginx, central logging and monitoring, access control.

• Oversee hardware and software asset management.

• Implement security tools - IDS/IPS , CloudFlare DNS and DDoS protection, anti-spam and anti-phishing solutions. 

Network Management:

• Ensure network reliability.

• Manage Hetzner network services and VPN connections (OpenVPN).

Project Management:

• Develop disaster recovery plans and backup solutions.

• Manage IT budgets and software licenses.

• Develop automations and integrations with the company’s SaaS services.

• Business process optimization and automation  

Communication and Leadership:

• Provide user support and technical guidance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor the IT team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of IT management experience.

• Proficient in operating systems, network technologies, security tools, and virtualization (VMware, Proxmox).

• Experienced with Hetzner services, OpenVPN, Slack, Google Workspace administration via APIs or cli , and ClickUp automation.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

• English level: B2. Experience of communication with English speaking team.
