Join our Visual Department - a department dedicated to the development of visual solutions for many aspects of the game. In our team, we create, assemble and set up game locations for game battles. We create ports and a visual mood for the player, and they can see their own ship in the most interesting ports in the world. We create in-game objects, FX, and support the visual content of game events.
Development and integration of unique shader solutions
Ensuring the compliance of tools with the unified architectural stack
Oversight, development, and integration of technical solutions in accordance with requirements provided by the head of the department and business
In-depth understanding and study of the project's technical stack
Collaboration with the client core team
Mentoring team members within the tech art team
Manage and guide the Tech Art team and help them develop their skills and career goals
Experience in development of comprehensive tools solutions
Strong knowledge of Python
Knowledge of render pipeline
Understanding of types and approaches to optimizing game content
Ability to work with legacy code
Shader development (or adopting solution from ShaderToys)
HLSL/GLSL
English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Desire to develop in managing and mentoring team members
Experience with PC / Consoles projects
Experience in managing complex projects
C++ experience
Understanding Code Design Patterns
Ability to solve operational tasks within the scope of one-off content processing
Fluency in Russian
