If you are a talented, energetic (and techy) Scrum manager with a 7+ years of combined experience as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with some coding skills / background, ready to take up ambitious projects, grow with us for the long term and be rewarded accordingly, read on.

We need you to take the Scrum Master position in the development of our B2B igaming platform, which includes multiple 3rd party integrations, a CMS Studio, real-time Business Intelligence and more.

Work is fully remote, focus is on great teamwork, good vibes and goals. We don't micromanage and count minutes, rather focus on throughput and results.

Main focus/responsibilities

• Facilitating Scrum Events: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives etc
• Team Management and Coordination (team calls, one on ones etc)
• Project Planning and Scheduling (establish clear project goals and accurately outline tasks, timelines, and milestones etc)
• Team leadership and Communication ("feel" the team members, facilitate effective and pleasant communication among team members and stakeholders etc)
• Technical Oversight, Guidance and QA (provide direction and support to the team members, make sure everyone is clear on his/her tasks without blocks, ensure deliverables meet expected technical standards etc)
• Project Execution and Monitoring (track progress and ensure tasks are completed as planned, report to stakeholders on project status and progress etc)
• Always learn to improve your relevant skills and team

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma with a specialization in CS, Software Engineering or other relevant qualification
• 7+ years as a Scrum Master-Project Manager or other relevant position in a team of 4-6 or more
• People oriented / sociable with the ability to easily "break the ice" with people, and communicate in an energetic, light-hearted and serious ways as required by situation
• Experience with programming a passion for technology in general - ideally you should still be playing around with some code/scripts at your free time 
• Be a result-oriented problem solver
• Ability to effectively organize your time and work at a high pace
• Independence & Team-work
• English - mostly in writing (Jira stack is managed in English), but also orally for team calls etc

Bonus

• Understanding of the principles of building IT systems
• Experience working with leading blockchain / crypto wallets (as a user)
• Experience working with cloud providers (ideally AWS)
