The Clockmaker project is growing month by month, in terms of both playerbase and revenue. We are looking for someone to fill the position of Lead Game Designer who will support and grow one of our leading games that has vast potential!
Taking part in determining the product strategy and interacting with the production team.
Managing the team of Game Designers: delegating the workload as well as forming and developing the team.
Improving and scaling the product based on analysis data.
Checking hypotheses and analyzing the game's statistics.
Tuning the game's balance to improve gameplay and monetization.
Controlling the observance of the game's overall concept during the development of new content, features, and game mechanics.
Closely interacting with the project team (art department, developers, and localization specialists).
At least 2 years of experience in the role of Lead Game Designer.
At least 1 year of experience managing a team of game designers consisting of 3+ members.
Experience working in the match-3 genre or on other casual projects.
Good knowledge of the f2p game market and current gaming trends.
Successfully launched commercial projects in your portfolio.
Experience creating game documentation: concept documents, GDD, terms of reference.
Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics.
