DevGAMM Game Conference is seeking a passionate and dedicated SMM & Community Manager to join our team.
If you have a passion for game development and the gaming industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for social media, this could be the perfect role for you. You will work closely with our marketing team to establish the DevGAMM brand across various social platforms and build a thriving community of game enthusiasts and other potential attendees of our b2b events.

Build and manage communication across various social media platforms
Plan and implement social media announcements according to the content plan
Grow the online DevGAMM community, increase engagement, and analyze activity
Proactively develop and pitch ideas to raise brand awareness
Create and manage engaging content (written, streamed, video, etc.) from inception to execution
Repurpose content (videos, posts, articles) as needed
Respond to audience questions on various social media platforms
Arrange and assist with gamedev events in Europe
Passion for video games of all kinds
Extensive knowledge of the video game industry and culture (especially memes!)
Understanding of key community management principles
Familiarity with popular social networking tools and trends
Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Work Experience
Experience in community management and/or social media (or similar communications/industry experience)
Proficiency with social media platforms (Discord, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, forums, etc.)
Basic video editing skills, preferably on mobile
Livestreaming experience
Proven success in strengthening corporate social media pages
