Our team communicates primarily in Russian. Therefore, while English proficiency is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position. The interview will also be conducted in Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Create graphics for social media posts, including banners and promotional materials.
• Design and develop landing pages on Webflow or Framer.
• Occasionally assist with other graphic design tasks as needed.
• Potentially work on design tasks for web applications during high workload periods.

Expectations from the Candidate:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in web design. 

Skills: Proficiency in Figma is essential. Experience with Webflow or Framer is highly desired. 

Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visually appealing graphics. 

Flexibility: Ability to handle a variable workload, typically 1 to 10 hours weekly. 

Additional Skills: Interest in occasionally assisting with design tasks for web applications is a plus.

Part-Time: Variable workload from 1 to 10 hours per week. Contract-Based: Work conditions are governed by a contract. Remote Work: This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space. Trial Period: There is a 2-week paid trial period.

Compensation

The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
