Role description:
We are looking for the the PO, who is responsible for maximising the value of the product as created by the Scrum Team. That means they do everything to ensure that the team or teams are delivering the right stuff, in the right order. They define goals, refine the Product Backlog, managing intersection of business problems, customers, team capabilities, organisational capabilities, constraints and stakeholder needs.
The candidate will be working on several coupled projects which are maintained by 2 teams. One of teams has a BA which will help with software requirements and Jira tickets for some projects. On other projects we expect BA activities from the candidate like maintaining software requirements on Confluence, describing Jira tickets. We expect from the candidate understanding of business needs and proposing solutions for the needs.
Responsibilities:

The PO is an essential part of the product team

Responsible for the product execution from definition to end result

Track all production processes through all disciplines (development, QA)

Responsible for product backlog according to the business goals, vision and roadmap
Requirements:

Gathering dependencies and risks for the project team

Product backlog organization and prioritization

Use cases and user stories creation and validation

Support team with identification of definition of ready and definition of done for the PBIs

Implement risk tracking process and dependency review process

Implement planning process and facilitate requirement discussions in several teams, make sure that the team will meet the deadlines

Consultation and support customer, developing alternatives to their requirements

Communication with stakeholders during all stages of requirements development lifecycle

Assists customer and the team in implementation of the change management process(urgent requests, scope changes)
