As a games studio, we are developing an RPG open-world mobile game with a deep story and mythology and a narrative designed to give players a long journey of exploration, quests and experiences.

As part of the Art Team, you will be responsible for creation of high quality concepts and 2D art assets, UI, 2d animation, creature and environment in accordance with the Project artistic guideline. You will have to master and quickly adapt to various art styles as per project requirements.
About the ArtStyle:
We are focused on Realistic proportion with subtle stylization. Cleaner visuals, with not too much of grunge and textures as micro details are something we need in the game. Our artstyle is inspired from real world proportions but highly influenced with the mobile world where technical limitation is handled with stylization.
Responsibilities:
Create thumbnails, concept sketches, mood paintings, colour studies, orthographic views, and character turns to aid Production in creating 3D assets
During pre-production, accept quests such as: rapidly iterate thumbnails, concept mood paintings, colour studies, and lighting keys to aid the production team in their parallel quest to create 3D assets and animations
Providing concept arts such as jewellery, relief, sculptures concepts.
UI UX pieces for in-game, and other purposes.
Dreams Verse language, creating symbols, logos, coins concepts, pieces for animation and other graphics that require special artistic skills according to brief.
Collaborate with other artists, designers, and engineers on our team to solve complex issues
3+ years in the 2D Generalist/ concept art role
Strong knowledge of colour theory, light, values and tones
Strong Knowledge of shape design, composition and forms
Being able to produce quick sketch and design idea
Strong understanding of all aspects of concept art regarding Illustration and design
Understanding 3d modelling, texturing
Experienced in using After Effects, Photoshop or similar digital painting software.
Ability to work within deadlines and good time management
Strong collaborative and communication skills
Open to learn new skills and evolving yourself as an artist
Technically proficient, able to identify and collaborate on pipeline innovations
A dedicated interest for games
Proficient in English
